Juicy, mouth watering smoked brisket cooked low and slow is the goal of everyone who enjoys smoking meat.  Here is a great video that shares all the details of trimming, seasoning and cooking a beautiful smoked brisket.  You can watch this video once and be on your way to making great brisket minutes later.

The finished brisket was cooked for one and a half hours for each pound at 190 degrees Fahrenheit.  This brisket, weighing in (after trimming) at just over eight pounds, was cooked for twelve hours.
